The dental assistants ,and Dr were excellent. Billing not as clear. Office person I first spoke with after the consult became a little "cloudy". I was told the biopsy would be covered by my medical insurance. Didn't work quite that way. They couldn't send to my medical insurance with a "dental " code. So far nothing has been paid for except a few dollars from my dental insurance for the consult. I have excellent medical insurance. It's been 3 weeks and nothing will be paid by my medical insurance unless the lab sends it in for me with a medical code.

Everyone from the front desk, the procedure and check out were helpful and kind. Dr Khandelwall & Zach explained everything and checked in with me every few minutes during the procedure to see if I was OK. Dr. K texted me that night to see if I had any pain or concerns.
