Office staff was friendly, helpful and professional throughout the process of the initial exam, day of wisdom teeth removal, and the follow-up appointment. At the first appointment we were provided a variety of handouts with information on the surgery, pre/post operative instructions, and prescriptions to pick-up prior to the surgery. Dr. Rainero provided background on the surgery, his expectations based on the x-rays, and allowed us to ask any questions that we had before booking a surgery date. The surgery went very well, there were no issues at all and healing went better than expected. I was very impressed that Dr. Rainero personally called that evening to see how the patient was doing. The office worked well with our dental insurer as an out of network provider. Highly recommend Walnut Creek-Danville Oral Surgery, especially given their clear expertise in wisdom teeth removal.
